Yoga Every Damn Day

At some point every day I head outside for a quick yoga practice. wuick like 5-10 minutes. Just a couple poses to stretch things out, and work a bit on balance. 


Often its a series of warrior poses because I can remember them.

They re-envigorate me and start the second part of the day going. Like that afternoon coffee-break without the caffeine. 


I enjoy seeing the occasional glimpse of progress.
